PRODUCT

To obtain good quality results, the recommended use for the AUXO A300 is 10 minutes per day, every day. You will notice (visible) results in 24 weeks or approximately 6 months of use.
FDA Clearance is provided for medical devices, such as those you may purchase from AUXO.

Warranty

Auxo Laser Devices has a 5-year limited guarantee, while the battery pack and ac adaptor have a 1-year limited warranty. For a period of 5 years from the date of purchase from an Auxo authorized center, Auxo warranties the A300/A150 against faults in materials and workmanship. If there are any faults in material or workmanship, Auxo will repair or replace the relevant parts for free with new or refurbished parts. The original 5-year limited warranty will apply to any replacement part. This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover damage resulting from acts of God, misuse, carelessness, accident, or alteration of any part of the unit as determined by our return department. Damage caused by poor operation or maintenance, connection to an incorrect voltage supply, or attempted repair by anyone other than Auxo is not covered by this guarantee. The product warranty will be void if the equipment is not used and maintained according to the instructions in the manual.

Return Policy

Every sale is final. There will be no refunds or exchanges, except that we guarantee your contentment or will gladly accept returns of new laser devices purchased on the website within the first 6 months for a 25% restocking fee. Please note that our Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to transactions made directly from the website. If you need to return something, call us at 1-888-410-2896 to get a Return Material Authorization number (RMA). Without an RMA, Auxo will not accept any shipments. We recommend insuring your package and signing up for tracking updates. Auxo will only accept returns on fully functional, like-new laser devices. Auxo will credit your credit card or send you a cheque if you are eligible for a refund., all Auxo sales are final and non-refundable. The device must be postmarked for return within 14 days of receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If you do not comply, Auxo may refuse to deliver your package.
